Product Return Policy

 

We accept product returns within 7 days from the date of receipt, only if the products are:

1. In their original, sealed packaging and have not been opened.

2. Damaged upon receipt or the wrong product was sent.

Please notify us and return the package in its original packaging. In such cases, we will strive to send a replacement product or issue a refund. We cannot accept returns for products that have been tampered with or used.

Note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to reject any returned shipments if the product is found to have been used or tampered with.
